The TB616 model offers the same precision as other models but at twice the speed, featuring the convenience of a conveyor feed system; this CNC conveyor cutting system is equipped with two independent beams and cutting heads, with a working area of ​​600 x 1600 mm. The 5-tool head assembly consists of a blade, a pen, two perforators, and a punch. The head can also be fitted with a milling tool featuring depth control accurate to within a hundredth of a millimeter.

The sectored cutting plane is divided into small sectors which increase the suction power, thanks to a small but highly efficient suction pump, electricity consumption is significantly reduced. The machine functions system with ultra-Speed Real Time Ethernet technology in a Windows environment coordinates the quantities of shapes to be cut and determines the priority of head 1, head 2 or both simultaneously, remaining independent of each other. The high-brightness interactive nesting with direct projection of the shape and not just the perimeter is equipped with a monitor for separate management of the work plan. This machine complies with workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
