Electronic, programmable with touch-screen, with manual loading of both 3,5 mm. and 4,00 mm. screw, with mobile column. Features of MODEL S61 are the hinged stand-jack for boots work, the external regulation for the screw penetration into the insole, toe support adjustable, joined arm-load screw and self-centering on the small stand, wrench with adjustable clutch, modular hold-down with low pressure down stroke. S61 is equipped with multi-language touch screen and Ethernet connection, makes it both Industry 4.0-ready and user-friendly, and allows the communication with other machine. It allows also: daily production cycle counter, the numerical selection for the length of the screw, the programmable selection for using of different length of screw in the loader, the automatic selection for the indexing of the length of the screw in the last peg, the adjustable pressing time. This machine complies with accident prevention regulations and industrial health.
