Model CT1632 is a cutting machine that uses high-speed precision and durability as its strengths; the extremely durable components and open source system ensure consistency and flexibility. The intelligent vacuum system autonomously recognizes which sectors to activate to reduce consumption and wear. LASER-LED headlamps provide optimum vision for the operator and can be accompanied by additional lighting placed above the machine. Pneumatic and electric cutting tools can be interchangeable to quickly adapt to various materials. The CT1632 can also be configured in milling or ultrasonic cutting: powerful suction combined with automatic tool change with automatic centering ensure stability and excellent performance in milling. Ultrasonic cutting, on the other hand, prevents complex fabrics to be processed from being able to fray, going to weld the material at the molecular level, while reducing machine noise and canceling the costs of replacing cutting blades thanks to its technology that allows the blade to cut the fabric without touching it.
