Automatic, electronic, plc-powered heel seat flattening machine with heated plate and caster ideal for heel seat flattening and edging, allows perfecting the heel-heel seat coupling while greatly improving the quality of all types of footwear (men’s-women’s-children’s). Also equipped with an articulated stan-jack that facilitates boot insertion, the heated-plate flattening system, with adjustable temperature, allows any shoe size to be worked without replacing the plate. The leveling pressure and hammer thrust are adjustable. ESA/CB is also equipped with a soundproofing cabin with an auto-climbing door, which does not slow down the work cycle and reduces noise to 83 dba. This machine complies with safety, accident prevention and workplace hygiene standards.
