Automatic, electronic, plc-powered heel seat pounding machine with heated plate and roller ideal for heel seat flattening and edging, allows perfecting the heel-seat of the shoe coupling while greatly improving the quality of all types of footwear (men’s-women’s-children’s). Also equipped with an articulated footplate that facilitates boot insertion, the heated-plate flattening system, with adjustable temperature, allows any shoe size to be worked without replacing the plate. The leveling pressure and hammer thrust are adjustable. ESA/CB/T, designed for Industry 4.0 with a convenient touch screen, offers comfort and safety thanks to its soundproof cabin with automatic door, which does not slow down the work cycle and reduces noise to 83 dba. This machine complies with accident prevention and occupational health and safety standards.
