Assomac, the National Association of Footwear, Leather and Tannery Technologies Manufacturers, presented at the Simac Tanning Tech the labeling system on the energy-environmental performance of the sector technologies and, with the official presentation of the project "Supplier of Sustainable Technologies has officially announced the "Green Plate" at the Simac Tanning Tech 2018.

Sabal is already active in the environmental field and has undertaken a program of this type for a long time, optimizing more and more production processes , making them more performing, safe and above all compatible with the environment , linking and combining the production process with environmental sustainability.

The Targa Verde is a voluntary path of the companies in the sector useful to inform the end customer on the parameters of efficiency and reduction of the environmental impact of the technologies produced. The Targa Verde is an easily understandable tool that wants to express the efficiency and the environmental impact of the machine under examination through the CFP (Carbon Footprint), internationally recognized and elaborated with LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) calculation methods.
